Constanta County is located in the south-east of Romania and borders the Black Sea to the east. The airport is 24 km far from Constanta. In summer there are flights to the main European towns. The operations of the airport is seasonal and is determined by the Airport, However, Constanta is 400km from Bucharest and students can fly in to Bucharest and then arrangements would be made for their final trip to Constanta either by Bus or by Train.
