Step 1: Registration and Completion of online Application

Please click on the button above to begin the online application process. You will require a valid email address to which your login details will be emailed to. You will then be required to login and complete the application form.

Step 2: Approval of the online application form

The online application form filled, will be scrutinized thoroughly and may contact the applicant at this time if there is any loop hole noticed or any correction needed this will take a day or two.

Step 3: Courier Documents

Once the online application form is approved, the applicant will be required to courier the certified copies of documents to us. This will include a copy of the application form downloadable from the website.

Step 4: Processing of Acceptance Letter

The documents are then sent to the ministry for processing and issuance of Acceptance letter. This may take 6-12 weeks, applicants have to be patient.

Step 5: Sending of the Acceptance Letter

When we receive your acceptance letter it will be couriered to you along with an acceptance package. You must then be required to pay for tuition fees and use the acceptance letter to get your student visa processed at your closest Romanian Embassy or consulate. Students Dream Counselors will be in full contact with you assisting all the way till your eventually arrival to Romania and finally to the school till you are settled.
