Climate
The Constanta county has a temperate-continental climate with mean annual temperatures between 10?C and 11?C.
The four distinct seasons of Constanta: warm and sunny summer,which begins mid june with an average in the mid twenties degree celsius, the summer is rarely very hot due to the obvious effects of the Black sea.

The late September ushers in the Autumn which is comparatively warm and lasts longer as well.
The winter comes around November,it is less snowy but windy,at the same time not as cold as other Southern Romanian cities. The coldest of the Winter months is January with temperatures on the average of 0? celsius.
April is the month of the cool spring, it could also be earlier than this.
