Housing students live in the newly built Residence Halls. It is a beautiful facility on the same premises with the new medical school building campus and bus service is efficient to take you anywhere in the city. However, there are off-campus apartments that some students might prefer the cost range from 80 euros and above depending on the site, the facilities and the size of the apartments, most cases, the students sign lease contract with the landlords and pay the rent as well as the utilities bills.

However, in order to be guaranteed a room you will need to have:
- Accepted an unconditional offer of a place on a full-time course of study by 1st October,
- Returned a completed accommodation application form by 31 August,
- Be prepared to sign a contract for your accommodation.

Applying for accommodation

Complete the Accommodation Application Form which would be sent to you along with your letter of acceptance. The form should be completed and sent back to us by scan, clearing filling all the required field in BLOCK LETTERS.

Costs

All accommodation is self-catering, with shared kitchen facilities. Bathrooms are en-suite in the rooms. Accommodation costs include heating, lighting, high-speed internet connection and cable and the regular cleaning of communal areas (excludes bedrooms).
On-campus accommodation costs for the 2006/7 academic year are:

Standard single: 85USD/month
Standard Double occupancy: 65USD/month/student
Starter Pack - Included in the costs of your accommodation is an accomodation starter pack. This contains:
- Bedding: Duvet, pillow, duvet cover, sheets and pillowcase
- Crockery: Large plate, small plate, cereal bowl, mug
- General: Tin opener, saucepan, frying pan, tea towel, washing up liquid, washing powder, beverage pack, assorted kitchen utensils

Rooms are available as double or single rooms. Additionally, a common fully stocked kitchen and laundry room are available onsite.
